Since joining the UNIDO ITPO Germany in 2018, Vanessa Voelkel has contributed tremendously to building up the office and its services in investment promotion and technology transfer.
An economist with more than 10 years of work experience in different project management positions, Vanessa builds on thorough expertise in private sector development. Her professional career brought her to Argentina, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic and Georgia (South Caucasus).
Vanessa holds a master’s degree in economics from LMU Munich and a post-graduate degree in international cooperation from the Centre for Rural Development (SLE) of HU Berlin.
